To accomplish this, we provide free professional resume services to help aspiring applicants land the job of their dreams. The service is generally available to anyone.

THE NITTY-GRITTY

  • Help women and people of color enter the corporate workforce to increase gender and racial representation. The initial focus of the organization is to provide free resume services to help potential corporate applicants up-level their application package.

  • The 2% Project is incorporated as a non-profit in the state of Florida.

  • Because we are a federally registered non-profit charity organization we are able to apply for federal grants and accept charity donations to subsidize our services. If interested, please consider donating here.

  • The 2% Project will never sell user information to any parties. Information from the resume itself will not be used for any purposes other than revising the resume as part of the free service we offer. Data submitted on our website form may be used for anonymized analysis in the application of federal, state, or local grants if it is required as part of the process. Such analysis will not reveal any personally identifiable information. We commit to hosting all web traffic and maintaining all document storage through secure services. Given our status as a non-profit, we do not anticipate now or in the near future to develop our own technology for web hosting, data storage, or document storage, and instead will utilize highly qualified and experienced professional services.
